I consider myself fortunate to style hair for fashion stories that grace the pages of leading magazines. With this good fortune come sneak peeks at next seasons clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories that consumers won’t see on the pages of fashion magazines for many months. In 2008, I was on a fashion shoot that introduced me to Linea Pelle. I styled the hair for models with the handbags draped from their shoulders and instantly fell in love with Linea Pelle.

Now fast forward to 2010. You can only imagine how excited I was to be booked on a job that would have me styling the hair of the Vice President and Creative Director at Linea Pelle, Andrew Cotton (@ACLPLA). From this unique perspective, I learned from the Designer the detail that goes into their signature Italian leather which is always pre-washed with enzymes for a soft hand feel. In addition to a great shoot, Andrew was kind enough to give me a personal tour of his latest collection.
