Preston Bailey Weddings are best described as extravaganzas.  This Valentine’s Day will be no exception as the brilliant design team will shine atop the Empire State Building.

Preston Bailey is recognized as the premiere wedding and event design icon.  On February 14^th Preston Bailey Designs will create the spectacular decor for the Annual Empire State Building Wedding Sweepstakes.  Three lucky couples will win their dream wedding held at the top of the Empire State Building.  And what makes this year’s event the most spectacular in its 19-year history is Preston Bailey will wed his partner Theo Bleckman.  To add a special flair to the wedding, their dear friend Joan Rivers will officiate the ceremony.

This year’s event is particularly special to SerafinoSays since the team at Preston Bailey selected little ol’ me to create the memorable hairstyles for each of the four wedding parties. (All hairstyles below were styled by me…Hee-Hee!)

For those of you that don’t know, I have assembled an  exciting and unprecedented portfolio in bridal hair.  I have styled the bridal hair for over 15 covers of Brides magazine, the world’s leading wedding publication.   One of my most memorable covers of Brides was the prestigious 75^th Anniversary edition, which is Brides magazine most successful issue worldwide and widely considered the iconic bridal image.  I was even shocked, then thrilled at the sight of the image on a billboard while traveling in Thailand on a photo shoot.

My most recent celebrity wedding came this summer when I was honored to style the hair for Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves, which was featured on the cover of People magazine.

I have been fortunate to style hair for nearly every imaginable situation, but I admit to having a special place in my heart for bridal hair.  Being so intimately involved with a bride’s family and friends on a woman’s most memorable day has become some of the highlights of my career.

And if all this excitement was not enough, Preston Bailey’s team selected Celebrity Makeup Artist Lauren Cosenza for the Empire State Building Wedding Sweepstakes.  You have probably all seen Lauren applying makeup to VS Angels in numerous videos for Victoria’s Secret, or while flipping through the pages of Cosmopolitan magazine you caught a glimpse of her makeup tips, or enjoyed reading one of her “Beauty Dares” on Makeup.com.  But my guess is you know her from her notorious beauty blog Divaliscousblog.com

To round out the glam squad, Lauren has brought on the super talented Christina Amador, an award winning bridal beauty makeup artist!
